A blend of varieties; Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Aragonês.
Vinification： Ferments in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (28oC). Grape skin maceration of 22 days after fermentation. 30% ages in French oak Allier, the rest in stainless steel vats.

Our philosophy is to make genuine wines that show the typical characteristic of the region of Portalegre; altitude, micro-climate, terroir. We launch our wines after some time in the bottle when we think they are smoother more ready to drink but are still showing the typical freshness of our wines.
MONTE DA PENHA 佩尼亚山红葡萄酒 2013
混合：特林加岱拉，阿拉哥斯(或者丹魄)，国产多瑞加和紫北塞
酿造：完全去茎，在温度控制在28度的不锈钢罐中发酵， 发酵后，浸泡22天使葡萄汁与葡萄皮、葡萄核接触，30%的时间储藏于法国allier橡木桶。
