A blend of varieties; Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonês (or Tempranillo)
Vinification: Ferments in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (28oC). Grape skin maceration of 22 days after fermentation. 30% ages in french oak Allier, the rest in stainless steel vat
Tasting Notes: Dark red color, red fruit aroma, plumes and cherries, floral notes from the Touriga Nacional. On the mouth it shows good body and structure, oak is present but smooth, soft tannins, very gastronomical.
