INGREDIENTS -
Cereal flours (76.6%), (hydrolyzed wheat and whole wheat, corn, barley, rye, whole oats), sugar, oat flakes (6%), apple (6%), calcium carbonate, vitamins (C , thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, pantothenic acid), reduced iron, aroma (vanillin). May contain milk.
Preparation Method -
It is very simple to prepare your breakfast!
1. Pour into a bowl or a deep dish 160ml of hot or cold milk.
2. Add 6 tablespoons (30g) NESTUM and stir well.
