TASTING NOTES: Grenadine coloured wine. Concentrated aroma very well integrated with the oak, rich in mature red and black fruit with some spicy notes and pepper.In the mouth is full bodied and smooth, rich in good-quality tannins, very well integrated. Long, pleasant and persistent after taste.

VARIETIES: 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Syrah, 20% Touriga Nacional, 8% Petit Verdot, 6% Toutiga Franca and 6% Trincadeira

HARVEST: End of September

ORIGIN: Vineyards in Fernando Pó, Palmela

SOIL: Sand and Sandy stone pozolitic

CLIMATE: Continental Mediterranean

VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, followed by long pelicular maceration. 12months resting in French and American oak half barrels. 

RECOMMENDED STORAGE TIME: 8 years

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 14.5% vol.

TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.32 g tartaric acid/dm3

PH: 3.60

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 5.2 g/dm3

DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C
