TASTING NOTES - Citrus color, aromas well defined, with highlights of tropical fruits like mango and guava. Absorbing, well balanced and excellent freshness. Ajuda white is a fresh summer wine, goes well with grilled fish dishes, white meats and salads. It should be served at a temperature of 10º C.
