GRAPE VARIETIES - Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouschet

VINIFICATION - The grapes were harvested at night by a mechanical process, in order to ensure aromas and phenolic compounds. The fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature. This wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

TASTING NOTES: Ruby Color with subtle aromas of fennel and dark chocolate, and less aggressive tannins, forming a pleasant and long persistence.
