GRAPE VARIETIES -Arinto, Antão Vaz and Verdelho

VINIFICATON - The grapes were harvested at night by a mechanical process, in order to ensure aromas and phenolic compounds, holding a particular freshness. 70% of the wine fermentation process occurs in stainless steel under a controlled temperature and the remaining 30% ferment in French oak barrels for 4 months.

TASTING NOTES - Citrine color and well defined flavors with notes of apricot and yellow plum, and with some minerality. In the mouth, one notes freshness and some irreverence given by the acidity, ending with a final average persistence and unctuosity.

Risottos, raw fish dishes like ceviche, and white meat.
