GRAPE VARIETIES - Aragonês, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional

TASTING NOTES - Hand picked grapes are totally destemmed and softly crushed. Vinified in stainless
steel tanks, with a prolonged maceration, at controlled temperature with frequent plunging of the cap. Finally, it´s partly matured with French oak. This red blend reveals itself with a rich garnet color, with red fruit aromas and hints of spices, soft tannins and a long, persistent and well rounded finish.

酿造-手工采摘的葡萄被完全摘除并轻轻地压碎。 在可控温度下频繁浸入不锈钢罐中，浸泡时间长，最后，在法国橡木桶中部分成熟。 这种红色混合物散发出浓郁的石榴石色，带有红色的水果香气和淡淡的和持久的单宁，圆润的余味。
