INGREDIENTS -
Cereal flour (78.3%), (hydrolyzed wheat and whole wheat, corn, barley, rye, whole oats), sugar, oat flakes (5%), strawberry (5%), calcium carbonate, vitamins (C , thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, pantothenic acid), reduced iron, aroma (vanillin). May contain milk.
PREPARATION METHOD -
It is very simple to prepare your breakfast!
1. Pour into a bowl or a deep dish 160ml of hot or cold milk.
2. Add 6 tablespoons (30g) NESTUM and stir well.

Can I prepare NESTUM without milk? NESTUM has been specially developed to prepare with milk but can be prepared with special alternatives such as soy, rice, almond, oatmeal or others.
