VARIETIES: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Verdelho

HARVEST: Late August

ORIGIN: Vineyards in Fernando Pó, Palmela

SOIL: Sandy

CLIMATE: Mediterranean

VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature controlled to 15ºC, followed by ageing in half-barrels of French and American oak, and a 4-month period of batonnage.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE TIME: 4 years

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 14% vol.

TOTAL ACIDITY: 4.95 g tartaric acid/dm3

PH: 3.56

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 5.1 g/dm3

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with fish, bouillabaisse, salads and white meat.
